【美妆分享】黑五打折省超多!! Tarte & Colourpop 购物分享


趁这次黑色星期五和网络星期一打折我买了很多观望很久的彩妆品和刷子。

Colourpop

终于盼到Colourpop全站打8折!


我买了4盘眼影盘,包括2盘断货王Yes, Please She Palette,
幸好黑五促销期间货源充足。



一直想要买橘色系的super shock shadow
所以Peachy Keen Phase me out 也是种草已久的。
可是实际颜色有点深,Colourpop 网站上的照片颜色比较粉嫩些。




这只ultra satin lip echo park也是被很多youtuber 烧到的, 
可是颜色比我想象的深一点,属于土橘色系的一只唇彩。


这次还果断的入了Laura Lee Colourpop 合作系列中的super shock shadow Hiney 
ultra metallic lip Glam.这两个颜色超漂亮的!
后来又再入了整个系列,包裹还没送到。到了再来分享


我在黑五促销买的Sigma的刷子还没送到,那就下次和Colourpop一起分享吧!

【食谱】Sticky Date Pudding Recipe 椰枣布丁蛋糕,手残也能做!!

 【INGREDIENTS 材料 】(5-6 portion 人份)











(A) Cake Batter 蛋糕面糊
  • 100g seeded dried dates 椰枣去籽
  • ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda (baking soda)小苏打
  • 155ml boiling water 沸水
  • 25g butter, chopped 牛油
  • 40g brown sugar 红糖
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten 鸡蛋,打散
  • 75g (1/2 cup) self raising flour 自发粉

(B) Butterscotch sauce奶油糖酱
  • 60g brown sugar红糖
  • 150g cream奶油 (1/4 part of cream can be replaced by liquor e.g. kahlua, irish cream)
  • 40g butter牛油

(C) Garnished 摆盘
  • Cubed strawberries 草莓,切块 + sprinkling of icing sugar 糖霜












Post Banana Nut Crunch Cereal, slightly chopped 香蕉杏仁早餐谷片, 稍微搅碎。




 







【Method 做法】
1. Preheat oven to 180oC
预热烤箱至180 oC


2. Add dates and sodium bicarbonate into a container
将椰枣和小苏打放入搅拌容器内



3. Add boiling water, stir the mixture until the sodium bicarbonate is fully dissolved
加入沸水搅拌直到小苏打完全溶解



4. Leave aside for 5 to 10 minutes
静待510分钟。

5. Blend the dates until no large chucks are visible.
用搅拌机将椰枣搅烂至没有块状

6. Add brown sugar and butter and blend again until no visible chunks of sugar or butter
加入红糖和牛油,继续搅拌,直至红糖和牛油融化为止



7. Add 1/3 of self raising flour and mix vigorously with forks or whisk until no clumps of flour
将自发粉分三分加入搅拌均匀,直至没有干粉即可




8. Repeat 2 more times until all the flour is mixed in well
重复以上步骤2

9. Add lightly beaten egg and mix well
加入打散的鸡蛋,搅拌均匀。



10. Divide the batter into 5 cupcake cups, each about 70g
将面糊倒入蛋糕杯内,每一个约70g




11. Bake the batter for 18 to 20 minutes. Test the doneness with a bamboo skewer
将蛋糕被放入烤箱内1820分钟。蛋糕烤好后可将竹签插入蛋糕中以确保蛋糕烤熟


12. Remove from oven and cool at room temperature
将蛋糕拿出放凉待用

Butterscotch sauce 奶油糖酱

1. Add all the ingredients into a saucepan. Heat over low heat until butter and sugar is dissolved and lightly boiled. Liqour should be added in after cooling if it is used. 
将所有材料倒入锅内, 开小火加热直到牛油和红糖完全溶解并稍微沸腾。若加入咖啡酒,应在冷却后才加入。


2. When the sauce is slightly thickened, turn off the heat
继续加热至糖酱稍微浓稠即可。

3. Place the pot over a bowl of iced water to cool down. Upon cooling down, the sauce will be thicken further.
将锅放入一盆冰水内将糖酱冷却。冷却后,糖酱会变得更浓稠。



4. Drizzle the sauce and place garnish on top of the cake.
淋上奶油糖酱,摆盘,完成啦!是不是超简单呢?

【香港。美食】甘牌烧鹅 必点超嫩韭菜花鹅血!!



从太平山下来后,我们就搭叮叮车去湾仔吃甘牌烧鹅。查看这里

我们大约1:30pm到甘牌烧鹅,虽然过了午餐时间,可是外面还是有不少人在排队。看到这么多人,我赶紧和柜台小姐拿号码排队。
We reached here at about 1:30pm. The queue was long even though lunch hour was over. In view of the long queue, I quickly got a queue number from the lady at the counter.




挂在这里的烧腊每一样都看起来好好吃的样子
The roasted food looked so delicious, making me feel so hungry.

店里的位子有限,我们等了差不多3040分钟 ,就入座咯。
There are limited seats here. We got our seat after waiting for about 30 to 40 minutes


我们四个人点了一份卤水乳鸽、烧鹅拼叉烧、鹅肝肠。
We ordered Marinated Pigeon,  Combo Set (Roasted Goose & Char Siew) & Cured Goose Liver Sausage


卤水乳鸽的味道有点像油鸡,肉质有点干干柴柴的,个人不是很喜欢。
Taste of marinated pigeon was quite similar to that of soy sauce chicken,the meat was slightly dry and hard. I don't quite like it.



烧鹅多汁肉嫩,好好吃哦!
Roasted goose was juicy and tender. Yummy!!

叉烧就是很典型的港式叉烧,肉和肥油的比例刚刚好,不会太油腻。
Char Siew was typical cantonese style, the lean meat and fat ratio was juice nice, it's not too oily.


鹅肝肠,发酵的味道很重,带点酒味,口感有点像腊肠,干干的,我不是很喜欢,但老公超爱的。
The cured goose liver sausage has a strong fermented taste and the meat was dry and hard which was very similar to the texture of lap cheong. I don't like it but my husband does.


后来看到隔壁搭台的旅客点了韭菜花鹅血,好像很好吃的样子。我们也点来尝尝。
We saw a tourist sitting beside us ordered Goose Blood Pudding with Chives and it looked very nice. So we had it a try as well.


幸好有点这鹅血,第一口咬下去是有点弹性,然后有一点像豆花的口感,很特别。虽然是鹅血,可是一点血腥味也没有。汤汁鲜甜,有点韭菜的味道。超~~~~ 强烈推荐来这里的朋友一定要点这道菜。
Luckily we did order this dish. It's super duper delicious!! the blood curd was springy on the first bite and was as smooth as beancurd (tau hway). It's very special!! I didn't taste any bloody taste at all. The soup was sweet with hint of chives flavour. It's really really nice!! I strongly recommend those who are coming here to try this dish.
