Ingredients (portion for 4 to 5) 材料(4-5人份)
- 100g dark chocolate, chopped 黑巧克力,切碎
- 100g butter 牛油
- 75-150g light soft brown sugar 红糖
- 3 large eggs 鸡蛋
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 香草精
- 50g plain flour 普通面粉
1. Preheat
the oven to 200oC. Butter basins or ramekins well and place on a baking tray. I
don’t have either of them, so I use aluminium foil cup
将烤箱预热至200oC,在陶制烤杯中扫上一层牛油。因为妮妮没有陶制烤杯,就用铝箔杯代替啦!
2. Put
the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl and set over a pan of hot water
and stir until smooth, then set aside to cool slightly for 15 minutes.
将巧克力和牛油隔水融化,搅拌至匀。放在一旁冷却
3. Mix
in sugar, then the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla essence and
finally the flour
约15分钟后,拌入糖、鸡蛋和香草精。拌入鸡蛋时,记得要一颗一颗拌入哦。最后加入面粉。搅拌至均匀
4. Divide
the mixture among the aluminium cups or ramekins and bake for 9 to 10 minutes,
or until the tops are firm to touch but the middles still feel squidy. Baking
time varies with the size of the aluminium cups and also the type of oven.
将面糊倒入模杯里,放入烤箱烤约9-10分钟。烘烤时间会随着模杯大小和烤箱而不同。
5. Carefully
run a knife around the edge of each pudding, then turn onto serving plates and
serve with ice cream!!
從模杯取出蛋糕時, 可用刀仔在杯邊劃一圈,倒扣出来。再配上雪糕,大功告成!
